Allure Decoys’ policy is to provide our clients with the best-quality product. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, it may be returned it to us within 10 days for refund or replacement. If the item has been used or is not in its original new condition, it will not be accepted.
Follow the steps below to process your return:
- Send email requesting return using our Contact Us page.
- Please use your Order Number as reference and explain your reason for return (Include a photo of any defective item)
- Once return has been approved, you will receive return shipping label via email
- Package your return item, apply label and take to UPS mailing center
- Once return is received, we will ship your replacement item or refund
